Bagel con Cajeta, Salsa de Malvavisco y Crema de Cacahuate

  • • ¼ cup Coronado dulce de leche
  • • 2 Thomas’ Plain Bagel
  • • 4 tbsp Coronado Dulce de Leche
  • • 4 tbsp marshmallow cream
  • • 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation Method

  1. 1. Bring a small pot filled half 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  2. 2. Place a glass bowl over the pot and add chocolate chips. Using a spatula, gently stir until melted. Add Coronado Dulce de Leche and fold in. Remove from heat.
  3. 3. Split bagels and spread one of the sides with 2 tbsp crunchy peanut better, 2 tbsp marshmallow cream, and 2 tbsp Coronado each.
  4. 4. Place top on bagel and serve with chocolate dipping sauce.
