  • • 1 cup Coronado Dulce de Leche
  • • ¼ cup sugar
  • • pinch of sea salt
  • • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • • ½ cup milk
  • • 6 egg yolks
  • • flaky sea salt
  • • freshly whipped cream

Preparation Method

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. 2. Bring a pot to medium heat and add Coronado Dulce de Leche, ¼ cup sugar, and salt, stirring frequently.
  3. 3. Whisk in heavy cream and milk until sugar has dissolved and remove from heat.
  4. 4. Place egg yolks in a bowl and gently whisk into the milk mixture.
  5. 5. Place 6 ramekins or oven safe glass jars on a baking pan (this needs to be deep enough to pour water in).
  6. 6. Pour mixture into ramekins/jars. Fill baking pan with hot water.
  7. 7. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Top with flaky sea salt and freshly whipped cream.
