Dulce de Leche Mudslide

Ingredients

• • 2 tbsp Coronado Dulce de Leche, plus more for drizzling
• • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
• • ½ cup ice cubes
• • Optional liquor of your choice (vodka, Kahlua)
• • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup, plus more for drizzling
• • Freshly whipped cream
• • Chocolate shavings

Preparation Method

1. 1. Add ice cream, ice cubes, Coronado Dulce de Leche, and chocolate syrup to a blender. Pulse until smooth.
2. 2. In a mudslide glass, drizzle more Coronado Dulce de Leche and chocolate syrup to coat the sides of the glass.
3. 3. Pour in ice cream mixture. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of Coronado, and chocolate shavings.
