  • • 1/4 cup of part-skim Ricotta Cheese
  • • 1 fresh Fig
  • • Mint
  • • 1 teaspoon of Honey

Preparation Method

  1. 1. Top a Salma with ricotta cheese, figs and mint.
  2. 2. Drizzle with honey.
  3. 3. If desired, add sea salt.
