- • 1 Pack of Salmas
- • 2 Eggs
- • 100 grams of fresh Spinach
- • Parmesan flakes
- • Salt
- • Pepper
- • Olive Oil
Preparation Method
- 1. Boil eggs for 8 minutes, then peel and dice.
- 2. Place olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan and heat.
- 3. Add boiled eggs add spinach in the pan and stir until spinach is cooked.
- 4. Place the cooked egg and spinach on top of a Salmas and garnish with Parmesan flakes. Enjoy!
