- • 1 pack of Salmas
- • 1 Avocado
- • 140 grams of Tuna
- • 1 Lemon
- • 1/2 Tomato cut in dices
- • 1/2 Mango cut in dices
- • Salt
- • Pepper
- • Crushed Chili Pepper
- • Cilantro
- • Low-Fat Mayonnaise
Preparation Method
- 1. To prepare the Guacamole, cut the tomato and mango in dices, smash with the avocado and add lemon, crushed chili pepper, salt and pepper.
- 2. Drain the Tuna and add two tablespoons of low fat mayonnaise and mix.
- 3. Spread two tablespoons of Guacamole over the Salma and add the Tuna.
- 4. Chop the Cilantro, add on top of the Salma, and enjoy!
